Head of Business Development

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Development with strong marketing agency experience to drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and market share
  • Identify and secure partnerships with brands, agencies, and media platforms
  • Lead negotiations for brand collaborations
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Mentor and lead the Business Development team to achieve targets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in business development
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong network within the Bangladesh marketing and media landscape
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (Both in Bengali & English).
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.

Education: Bachelor’s/BBA in Marketing from any reputed institution
Salary: Negotiable
