Project Background:
BRAC University, a pioneer in higher education in Bangladesh, upholds a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of unethical practices. The Office of the Proctor launched the Campus Safeguarding Framework to reinforce this commitment by establishing comprehensive academic and non-academic policies that protect the rights, dignity, and safety of every member of the university community.
Project Objective:
To increase visibility, understanding, and adoption of the BRAC University Campus Safeguarding Framework across the campus through clear and accessible promotional content. This included raising awareness of processes related to sexual harassment, discrimination, student grievances, and non-academic misconduct — ensuring transparency and support for affected individuals.
Adon’s Role: Designing with Empathy and Impact
Adon Communications Ltd. was responsible for translating sensitive safeguarding guidelines into easy-to-understand, visually engaging, and informative communication materials. These were tailored for a diverse university audience — from students to faculty and administrative bodies.
